Fragrances

Heading
Ingredients & allergens
Separate entries with commas. Allergens usually go at the end of the list — click one to insert it.
Batch
Leave empty to use the fill size set under Shared text.
Logo
Pick a file and the label switches to it straight away. Use a transparent PNG or an SVG; the aspect ratio is read from the file, and the width slider above controls how big it prints.
Label language
All 24 official EU languages are here, each with its own set of texts, so switching never overwrites what you typed. Ingredients, batch number, fill size and the two addresses are shared, because INCI names and addresses are not translated. The supplied wording is a starting point — have your Responsible Person check it against the market you are selling into before you print.
Mandatory texts
Article 19 of Regulation 1223/2009 lets each member state set the language for these. The warning, the storage line and the section headings must be in the language of the country where the product is sold. Ingredients stay in INCI form and are never translated.
Footer
No caption is legally required here, but with two addresses on one label an uncaptioned line is ambiguous. Use MANUFACTURED BY: if the company makes the product, or UK RESPONSIBLE PERSON: if that is their role. Leave the field empty to print the address on its own, as the UK original does.
EU responsible person
The UK original does not carry this, because it was made for the UK market. A cosmetic placed on the EU market must show the name and address of a responsible person established in the EU. If you import the product yourself, that is you by default — unless someone else has been designated by written mandate.
Pictograms
The Green Dot is a registered trademark and needs a licence; Hungary runs a different packaging scheme entirely. The Möbius loop is free to use instead. The hand-and-book symbol applies when the ingredient list does not fit on the pack and is supplied on an enclosed leaflet or tag.
Label size
Autofit runs per fragrance, so longer ingredient lists still fit the same label.
Output
Image file
A print shop will always ask for the PDF first; PNG is only needed when label printer software expects an image.
